TERMS OF BOOKING

NON-REFUNDABALE DEPOSIT *

I understand that 50% of the total cost for the booking will not be refundable if there is a cancelation on your part for whatever reason.

BALANCE *

I understand that the remaining balance is due up to 48 hours before the day of my booked date. If there is an outstanding balance because of additional fees on the day of the booking, all balance must be cleared before final files can be released to client.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY *

I understand that Cancellation or Postponement by the Client When a booking is Confirmed, if it is subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged to the client according to the following schedule: (i) When a client cancels photography service after any confirmed date, a fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged. (ii) When a client cancels photography within less than 48 hours of any confirmed date/time, a fee of 75% of the total cost will be charged. (iii) When a client cancels photography service on the day of the session, the full fee will be charged. When a booking is confirmed, if it is subsequently postponed, the Photographer will charge a fee of 30% of the total cost for postponement. In addition, the client may be charged for any expenses incurred by The Photographer as a result of cancellation or postponement

TIMING/LATE *

I understand that there is a 15 minutes grace period for unforeseen circumstances, there is a mandatory Late fee of $100 once the client is over 15 minutes late regardless if we only use the remaining time. If the session runs into extra time there is a fee of $60 that will be charged every 30 minutes once there is availability to facilitate the session. There is a mutual understanding between The Client and The Photographer that punctuality is important and respected by all parties.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP *

I understand that all photos/Images are the property of the photographer. There should be no alterations to the photos (filters, crop, edits, face apps, etc) are prohibited and is considered copyright infringement. Photos are to be used as agreed at the time of booking and at the time of agreeing to the fees. The license to use is limited and no other use may be made of the Images without the Photographers express permission. An agreement must be reached with The Photographer before Images are used for any other purpose such as monetary or commercial use. If The client would like to have full right to the images, the rights to the photos/images can be bought as a discussed rate per image. There may or may not be a small watermark on the final images and its based on the photographer decision .

PROFESSIONALISM *

I understand that this is a professional session, and i am expected to present myself professional, prepared and ready to perform. No form of attitude or bad behavior will be tolerated and may ruin the mood of the shoot.

PREPARATION *

I understand that I am responsible for my appearance and that my HAIR – musts be done and edges laid properly, NAILS – are properly done, MAKE-UP – is professionally done and matches my skin tone, SHAVE or WAX – all bodily area that will be exposed to the camera, OUTFIT - fit your entire outfit to ensure everything sits and fits well and compliment your body, PRACTICE - practice your poses before the day, in order to get the best results.

EDITED / RETOUCHED IMAGES *

I understand that everyone image may not look the same and it is based on the overall appearance of each individual, edits are done on a case by case bases and what works for someone else may not work for all and its bases on pose , angles among other variables, however the photographer will do the best he can for you to the best of his ability.
